Requirements Definition – Define and map the project requirements to a high level design.
Design – Create detailed level design and supporting documentation from the requirements.
Coding – Develop the code deliverables for the design. Perform unit and system testing on the newly created code base.
Testing – Integrate the new code into the test environment and perform end to end testing with the other systems and interfaces that are impacted by the new code.
Deployment – Deliver code into the production environment. Hold turnover meetings to walkthrough project documentation.
